Lies & Cons I spoke with a salesman named Trevor and told him what kind of car I was interested in. I told him that I was shopping around and told him the prices I spoke with a salesman named Trevor and told him what kind of car I was interested in. He gave me the old cliche "How can I earn your business and asked me what time I could set up an appointment" I told him that I wanted to know if he could price match as his dealership was closer to my home. He said that he would speak with his manager and get back to me. He called me back and said that they can do the deal so I set up an appointment and came in to do the lease. It took him over 2 hours to locate a vehicle for me. He even drove us over to City Furniture where Arrigo parks their overstock cars to look. Don't these people use computers? Finally, he calls over his Sales Manager Jose and tells him about the deal that we agreed on and that I was ready to write it up. Jose goes into the back and comes back telling me that he can't even come close to that price. It seems that Trevor the salesman lied to me about checking with his manager about the price just to get me into the door. I told Jose that I wanted to speak with his manager and I told him in front of Jose & Trevor that I thought that they were a bunch of liars to out and out lie about a price just to get me to come in and that they wasted my precious time. What a stupid and unprofessional way to do business.I will never reccommend or do business there again. P.S. I drove up to the Chrysler Dealer in Delray directly from Sawgrass and did the deal at the number that was quoted to me. More

Not focused on customer service after the sale Wow, what can I say. My wife and I purchased 2 brand new Jeeps, JKU and Grand Cherokee in October 29th 2017 from this place. from the moment we walked Wow, what can I say. My wife and I purchased 2 brand new Jeeps, JKU and Grand Cherokee in October 29th 2017 from this place. from the moment we walked in till now, I wish I never had gone their. The sales transaction was absolutely horrible, never registered one of the vehicles, my wifes radio has not worked properly since we left the lot. Took it back two weeks after to have fix, said they had to order a new one. Never got a phone call, never returned any of the 8-10 messages we left for our advisor and one for the Manager. Finally today, 2.5 months later, I finally spoke to them, never ordered the radio and am being told Jeep doesn't have any to send to them? Are you kidding me. I wish I could return the vehicles and go elsewhere with my business. If anyone can get me out of these and into 2 new ones, let me know. And they are both leased vehicles GRREEAAATTTT!!!!! I will never shop with any Arrigo ever again nor go their for service. They need to remember they are in people business. There are plenty of dealerships to choose from, sucks we chose wrong. More

They beat the nearest dealer's price on my vehicle by a good amount with half the amount of negotiating. Never felt pressured or hurried. Will the salesman was more than happy to to test drive 2 vehicles with me so I can decide which one I preferred. More
