Very disappointed Well about a month ago I purchased 2 cars in one weekend from here. It took me 3 days but I was able to close the deal. I went on a Thursday to buy a Well about a month ago I purchased 2 cars in one weekend from here. It took me 3 days but I was able to close the deal. I went on a Thursday to buy a fiat for my daughter, they didn't have any that I wanted in stock so I purchased one that I saw online at their palm beach location. Big mistake when I got to the dealer on Friday to pick up the car it was not there. The sales rep when to pick it up in west palm and it took him 4 hours to bring it back then another hour to supposedly detail it. When I got the car there were gold size dents in the hood. So then they offered to take me to west palm again to pick out another car there. I couldn't that Friday so we ended up going Saturday. We drove to west palm got the car then drove back to finalize the paperwork. Our sales rep had no clue what he was doing nor how to turn over a new car to a buyer. It took him almost two hours to get the car detailed, which is wasn't and to top it off it still had stickers with the arrigo website on it. I asked him to remove it and he said the car came like that. I was speechless, well he took the car to get the stickers removed. When we were about to leave we noticed he never put gas or put air on the tires. Smh! That was another hour. We were very disappointed but we just wanted to get out of there. To add insult to injury we go back Sunday because my other daughter wanted a car. We went there because they already had pulled my credit and I didn't want to go thru that again. They gave us the same sales rep which was useless. The only thing good about the whole ordeal was he financial rep patti that new what she was doing. Again after we purchased the car took another hour to wash it , then when we took the car we noticed he didn't put gas again. Ugh! So frustrating.. Now almost a month later and I already have my first payment due and I don't have a tag for the fiat. They were supposed to cut me a check for a be bike I had turned in within 2 to 3 weeks and guess what no check. I have called them for over a week leaving messages for dawn which is in charge of accounting and she has not called me back. I have a very bad taste in my mouth and I will not be back. More

Wouldn't buy a Dodge anywhere else! I couldn't wait to get home and write this review. After walking out of a deal at another Dodge dealer(horrible horrible incompetent and shady dealer I couldn't wait to get home and write this review. After walking out of a deal at another Dodge dealer(horrible horrible incompetent and shady dealership down south) I decided to go back to where I got my truck 5yrs ago-Arrigo. I only went elsewhere cause of inventory and wound up walking out after the salespeople jerked us around and refused to let us see the sales manager..actually told us that the sales manager was going to give us the same answer he was...xxx! The minute we walked in was night and day compared to the other dealership. Actually, the second person I met was Lt Dan Welsh..the sales manager. Briefly explained our situation, he introduced us to Igor Zaichik(saleman) and Sherry Conover-Raya (the pleasant experience began. I can't stress how AMAZING Ariggo is, especially after spending hours and hours with the other dealership. Amazing salespeople..sales manager..finance people..EVERYTHING! Don't buy a Dodge from anywhere but Arrigo!! More
