They do everything to possible to get you in a car with financing that's affordable and have you in your new car that very day. They go out of their way and get their managers involved to make sure they can make a deal with the finance company's. The are all very helpful and make you feel comfortable in seeing you through all the steps to leaving there with your new car. They gave us great trade in price for our last vehicles, which is always a low price at most dealerships, but not them. They have your car ready and prepped for you to drive home that day. The follow up with phone calls to make sure everything went well and call you or email you with serving reminders. They offer coupons with new cars that give your free oil changes and other free servicing. The owner has often come over when in the dealership to introduce himself and make sure everything is going good. Their service department is great. They get you in fast and out just as fast with a job well done. I live about miles from the dealership, but will not deal with any other. I have always had great experiences with all the cars I have bought and traded in and they are honest and consistent. Everyone employed there is very pleasant and always willing to help in any situation. More

False inventory!! Called up inquiring about vehicle listed on Internet around 1pm. Over the phone he confirmed it was in stock. Showed up and he walked me around the lot asking me if what I thought about different cars. After the 5th one I Politely declining asked him to show me to the one we talked about. He proceeded to tell me it wasn't there and it was shipped off to auction. Asked for manager. Manager confirmed auction which isn't a big deal but why did you have me drive 59 miles? Bad experience. the old bait and switch. Lie after lie. Manager said he'd make up for it on another vehicle. Looked at him and said would you buy a vehicle from this place given my experience. He said he understood. Sales person name was scott. Unfortunately you lost any future business with me and anybody in the future the talks about Arrigo. In the future just tell customer over the phone vehicle isn't available. More

Easy and fair. The salesman, Raul Gonzalez, was easy going and informative. He applied relatively little sales pressure. Also liked that he was a veteran (Marine). I had established my trade-in value ahead of time via Kelly blue book and by getting an appraisal from CarMax. Raul worked to meet that value with little fuss saving me a trip back to CarMax. The Finance Manager, David Kelly, was also very knowledgeable. Again, I had done my homework up front and showed him the best rates I could get from my banks. He was able to come close enough to meeting them so for ease of the deal I went with it. Mark “After Dark” in customer relations did an excellent job going over the high level features of the truck and I was off with a brand new RAM 1500. Part of the deal was to add sidesteps. A few days later I returned for this installation. The Service Advisor, Alana Kunkel, took great care of me and was in excellent humor for 1st thing on a Monday morning. I would rate my experience with everyone I dealt with at Arrigo a 5. More
