NEW CAR... NO SPARE KEY? I worked with Anthony whom helped me get a great deal on a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I purchased on 11/17/2015. However before leaving the dealers I worked with Anthony whom helped me get a great deal on a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I purchased on 11/17/2015. However before leaving the dealership, Manny who 'worked' in the Delivery department told me he did not have a spare key for me and that it had been misplaced. I requested that I have it overnighted to me considering I was purchasing a brand new car without a spare key. He stated verbatim, " I don't know if the accounting department will approve the overnight shipping costs." Are you kidding me? It is now December 9th and I still have not received the spare key. I have confirmed multiple times with the sales reps of the correct mailing address and it still has yet to appear. Maybe this post and negative review will get someone to act upon this. More
