They wen't out of their way, and exhausted themselves to make it possible for me to purchase my vehicle, to match my financial needs. Before Visiting the dealership, I had not planned on purchasing a new car. However, after meeting with Elison, I felt comfortable enough to explain my situation and he explained how a new car may be wi purchasing a new car. Elison worked tirelessly to find the perfect car to fit my particular desires and financial situation. I was further encouraged to find that everyone that I met in the dealership made the process bearable and even likeable. I believe that one of the last people that I met with was Andrew in finance. He made it a point to explain all of the features, benefits and obligations involved with my new purchase. He answered all of my questions and made me very confident that I made the correct purchase at the right dealership. Finally, I met with Mark in customer relations. Our conversation further solidified my satisfaction with the dealership. He explained further benefits of being a Dodge owner and, more specifically, an Arrigo Dodge client. I know that everyone must get this treatment, but for the time that we met, I felt as though I was getting the "red carpet" treatment. We had a wonderful experience with David Kelley. We went in to buy my son's first car. We were thinking used but David took us to see everything and showed us how it was a much better investment to buy new. in to buy my son's first car.
