I first contacted Arrigo by internet just to check and see if they had a particular car in stock. Within minutes I was contacted by Sherry and told the specific car that I inquired about was not the speci see if they had a particular car in stock. Within minutes I was contacted by Sherry and told the specific car that I inquired about was not the specific model that I wanted but that she did have one available. We setup an appointment for Saturday just so I could see what they could do for me. When me and my wife got there we were early for our appointment and Sherry apologized for not being able to help us right away and had another co-worker pull the car out for us and take us for a test drive. After the test drive it was time to talk numbers. Well I wasn't expecting much but was really surprised at how easy it was to negotiate with them and get the deal done. They gave me a good number for my trade and a good number on the new car. They had me out of there from start to finish in 2 1/2 hours with the car detailed. It was a great experience overall, and I would definitely go back to purchase another vehicle. More
All of the dealership staff were friendly, professional and accomodating. It was the fastest and most relaxed atomosphere I've encountered for purchasing a new car. Most everything went off without a hitch except the temp license wasn't available (system down, not dealership's fault) and the gas tank was only filled up 3/4 when they said it would be filled. I drove over 30 miles because this was the only dealer in South Florida with such a big selection of new Jeep Wranglers. Second I dealt with Chris K over email and was able to get all my information to make an informed decision to drive out there. He was very friendly and well informed. Once at the dealer they were all very professional, kind, understanding and most of all never pushy. Once I selected the vehicle they made me a great offer and understood my concerns and made sure I was accommodated. Once the deal was done to me the price was the best out there, I then dealt with Joe in finance and honestly he made use feel like old friends being honest and making us feel at home. Finally we met Mark after Dark and that made the whole experience great. After a long time at the dealer with 2 small kids he made us all laugh and was great in getting us out the door with all our things quickly and painlessly. Great experience overall. More

My experience with this dealership was good until the deal was done..THEN the scam started..After the cash deal was completed and I took my new suv home 2 days later my salesman Igor Zaichik called me an deal was done..THEN the scam started..After the cash deal was completed and I took my new suv home 2 days later my salesman Igor Zaichik called me and demamded a additionl 2000.00 down payment. That he siad I didn't pay. ( this transaction was a totally paid in full cash deal out the door, And as everyone knows there is NO down payment on a cash deal !!!! ) Additionally this dealership advertised a 5000.00 matching payment discount on any new car deal..They also didn't honor any advertised specail in my Transaction. This ia a dealership that doesn't honor their advertised marketing promotions. On top of it trys to hard ball you with a scram of trying to harrass you into giving you extra money over and above the whole deal.. Wouldn't recommened anyone to do busness with this dealership More
This is the third vehicle we purchased from this dealership over the last 7 years. Prior to visiting Arrigo Sawgrass Dodge I had walked out of several dealerships discouraged at the poor customer service I had received. However, my overall experience at Arrigo Sawgrass Dodge was absolutely excellent. The moment my wife and I walked in we were greeted with a friendly "welcome" by a young lady at the service counter who quickly called for assistance for us. LT. Dan Welsh then came over and introduced himself without any delay. We explained exactly what we were interested in so as to not waist any time and Dan delivered. Within a short time we were pre-approved and had test driven the exact automobile that we had come to look at. We then met with Ed Constanza in the finance department who was extremely knowledgeable, and more importantly, from a customer service perspective, personable. He worked with us on getting the finance options that we needed in place and did so in a professional, courteous manner. Upon completing the paperwork needed we met with "Mark after Dark" who explained, in great detail, all of the services we were given with our new purchase. As we were leaving all three gentlemen made their way out to the parking lot to shake my hand and essentially thank me for the business while congratulating me on the new purchase. Being in the retail management field myself I understand the importance of providing an excellent customer service experience, and these gentlemen did not fail. LT. My vehicle was in for a warranty service on 01/25/2012 thru 01/26/2012. Customer service was great. All of my issues were resolved except for one issue with my transmission.
