First time customer at this dealership as I had some bad experience with other local dealerships. Dropped the car off at 7:00am and there was a team of service advisors ready to great me. Luis was my adviso experience with other local dealerships. Dropped the car off at 7:00am and there was a team of service advisors ready to great me. Luis was my advisor, he was phenomenal (sadly transferring to Orlando!) He let me know 3 hours later what was wrong with my car, how much it would cost to fix, and was able to have it completed by noon. The pick up/check out process was speedy and easy! More
