I have been bringing my RAM for 4 years. Nobody else have ever touched my truck. I don't know what happened to this place but in the last two visits, first you lose my tire lock key the day Nobody else have ever touched my truck. I don't know what happened to this place but in the last two visits, first you lose my tire lock key the day you installed my New tires and I noticed 3 month later on the next service when the next guy couldn't find it on the gloves compartment. On my last visit you lose the driver windshield wiper. Probably on the car wash. Unfortunately I noticed hours later when it started raining. Why I know it was you? Because the wipers were off and I always have them in Auto. So your tech knew and intentionally turned it off. I don't know what happened but you are not the same place you used to be. More

They don’t built confidence in earning repeat business. They do not have a gracious attitude toward cash paying customers. They do not follow up on verbal promises, of course they are not in writing. These comments are not read by humans, they are read by artificial intelligence. I got a nice van at a decent price, but I felt no courteous behavior to have me buy again from here. We live in the fast lane and there is no warmth in the grip of a simple thank you handshake. This has nothing to do with price. I have 2 free oil changes I don’t feel like using because it’s not worth my time driving from south miami to deal with this place. Why was I at this dealership from 10am to 4pm on the day of sale? They wanted me to take delivery of the van before I had to make logistic plans of returning a work van I was borrowing. There was an unknown agenda about that. There was a bubble defect in the dealership tint, and no effort was made to repair it. The tint quality sucks anyway, I got new tint anyway elsewhere of a better caliber. Again, it is doubtful these comments are read by an actual human. I was told about being invited back to complete my survey in person and get free weather mats and a fill up of gas. There was no follow through on this. I don’t need this anyway. It was a learning experience dealing with Arrigo and it could have been worse. I will not return. It really does not matter because they are successful and do not need me at all. Take care. More
