Schedule an appointment online, truck was dropped off on Friday. Truck was not taken into the shop until mid week for diagnosis. After diagnosis was informed that the tech fixed a relay in the wrong positio Friday. Truck was not taken into the shop until mid week for diagnosis. After diagnosis was informed that the tech fixed a relay in the wrong position but I was told needed 3 hours of labor to troubleshoot a right side door module failure and would not be performed until the following week. Unable to give truck up for more than a week I picked up truck and paid for diagnosis. I determined that the right side door module fuse was missing and correct issue. Truck did not need 3 hours of labor to troubleshoot door module issue. The truck was improperly diagnosed. Also main reason for truck service was DEF system service see dealer message on dash which was due to the improper location of relay I was Informed by advisor that the def error message was due to the right side door module which was also incorrect. More

This dealership has changed so much for the better. I have never been to a dealership that takes less then 4 hours to complete a sale of a new vehicle from the time walking into the dealer and driving I have never been to a dealership that takes less then 4 hours to complete a sale of a new vehicle from the time walking into the dealer and driving out with a new vehicle.
