I have called and texted the service tech and the service manager a number of times. No one returns my calls and most recent text messages. When I picked up my Promaster there was no video. I wasn’t aware manager a number of times. No one returns my calls and most recent text messages. When I picked up my Promaster there was no video. I wasn’t aware there was supposed to be a video, however Jay Fernandez stated that one should have been sent to me prior to my arrival for pickup . That’s no big deal to me. I did receive a copy of the invoice, however when returning home and upon review of the paperwork I discovered that I was only given pages 3 and 4. I’m am attempting to find out why there is no page 1 and 2. PLEASE help. More
