I bought 2024 mini and 2021 Jeep Ground Cherokee L. Finance Manager Ozzie perdesiyle man. Raidel was not seriously staff because he forgot giving registration and insurance documents. Than we come back dealer for getting documents but when I saw the Raidel and my plate is in his hands not intalled. Francesco promised me 12th of August my car was be ready not why because they told me waiting part of engine mount. Today after 4 days in service I got back my car with my paying for alignment but when I went there for pick up my car the technician forgot fuse installation and I got engine light on turn back service they fixed. Again but steering alignment not fixed still left side when going straight. More

Ashley is awesome, literally the only reason I still do any business with Arrigo Sawgrass. Everything else about the place is terrible. Took 2 hours (on the lift) for the tech to do and oil change and patc any business with Arrigo Sawgrass. Everything else about the place is terrible. Took 2 hours (on the lift) for the tech to do and oil change and patch a tire. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the patch that took over and hour and a half to install leaked worse that the hole it was covering up. I had to take my tire off at home and patch it myself the next day. Luckily, Ashley didn’t even charge me for the patch because it took way too long. The day I can’t choose her as a tech for my appointment, is the day I stop dealing with Arrigo (all locations) in any way. That means service or buying a car. PS, the sales manager Scott said he would get me a second key when I bought my used minivan because it only came with one key. Bought my car in April and still don’t have a second now in August. Like I said, Ashley is the only positive thing about Arrigo Sawgrass. More
