We have returned to Arrigo for a third time. We came in on a internet deal that was full of incentives that we ended up not qualifying for, so the price naturally was not what I was expecting t We came in on a internet deal that was full of incentives that we ended up not qualifying for, so the price naturally was not what I was expecting to pay. Our salesman, Michael, was great and attentive but the numbers didn't match up for what we wanted. We were about out the door but the Dealership Manager Giankarlo heard our plight and came over to help. He was personable and sat down and talked with us, helping to determine where we would be comfortable to get us where we wanted to be. We gave him a number that I didn't think he would hit but he reached VERY deep and helped meet us for a favorable deal. He speaks highly of family and respect and follows through on his words, and he even threw in a few extra at the end to push that point forward to make us feel welcome to the family. More
