Where do I start I made an appointment for the service department with Mr. Floyd at 8 am due to possible transmission or rear differential issue I dropped off my truck with the expectation that I would ge department with Mr. Floyd at 8 am due to possible transmission or rear differential issue I dropped off my truck with the expectation that I would get a diagnostic after 4 hours I called to get an update nothing was done with my truck I was informed after the fact that my truck would have to stay for 3 to 5 days and that a transmission mechanic had to do the diagnostic I was not informed of this by Mr Floyd when I dropped the truck off I also wasn't offered a loaner or rental since my truck would have to stay I did not leave my truck I asked why my truck wasn't looked at and I was told no transmission mechanic was available I have always brought my trucks to arrigo for years this was a sad day first time service has failed I was not happy. More

Bob, my service advisor is extremely knowledgeable and communicates very well. He keeps me informed throughout the entire duration of the vehicle being in his care. I finally went in, only to be met by a salesman who looked like he just rolled out of bed. I asked for a lease offer, and instead of giving me numbers, they tried to pressure me into taking a car that day. The manager came out yelling, refused to give a price, and told me to leave if I wanted to “shop around.” Completely unprofessional. Avoid this place. More
