Service is usually great. I didn't like the fact that I had to be without a vehicle for 4 days just tonrun a diagnostic. The person who serviced my vehicle was great - but the customer service from the other reps is mediocre. A customer shouldn’t have to pull up and watch three coworkers talk and laugh and leave the client customer service from the other reps is mediocre. A customer shouldn’t have to pull up and watch three coworkers talk and laugh and leave the client there for 15 minutes. For no reason should I have to exit my vehicle to get your employees to do their job. But no complaints for Samuel - he was fantastic. More

They will rush you and lie to you just to make a sale. I purchased a truck bed liner as part of the sale. I was expecting a Mopar part but got some cheap made in china brand bed liner. They told me the car I had was equips with the hurricane engine, but it actually had the Pentastar. I would never recommend buying anything from these dirtbags. More
