It was an extremely frustrating experience. Had I been aware of this issue, I would have never financed my car. Shortly after financing, the engine light illuminated due to an injector problem, which is covered under the warranty. However, the facility appears to be understaffed and lacks effective communication. I dropped off my vehicle and left it there for four days. On the third day, I received a message indicating that someone was finally inspecting it. Subsequently, I was informed that I would need to borrow a loaner vehicle, which was a poor choice and location (Hertz). The loaner was for five days, and the day after picking it up, my car was inexplicably “almost ready.” Throughout this entire process, I was being “consulted” about purchasing new tires, which I did, all four of them. However, after your service team installing the new tires and test driving the car, they discovered an alignment issue. I spent two hours waiting in the facility because my car was “ready”, only to receive another text message indicating that the car was “almost ready” and being washed. Car is ready, oil changed, new tires, fuel injector fixed (hopefully), and 4 brand new tires. I pay, open my door, car is wet inside because they must’ve left the rear window open, “washed”, not at all, tires are dirty (granted they’re new), but zero class A experience on the “car wash”. So, I get in my car, take off and there it is… a steering completely crooked and off centered. I mean, seriously. That’s what $1,200 did for me that was “a great deal”. To make things better, my advisor knew that I had to catch a business flight. So there you have it, how is this experience supposed to get ANY score on consumer experiences. I dropped the vehicle back off with your team, and will return to Florida on Sunday. More
