I had my truck towed through my Arrigo Warranty Plan. The truck was picked up from my driveway by the driver and there was no damage as indicated by the photos he took. When I went to pick up the truck t The truck was picked up from my driveway by the driver and there was no damage as indicated by the photos he took. When I went to pick up the truck there was damage to the rear bumper on the driver's side. Serous sends me a video showing the damage. The towing company was quick to point out that the truck's location in the video was not the place he dropped it and it already had a service tag on the rear view mirror, so it was moved and it is damaged and the towing company said they are not responsible. I got the tow through Arrigo so who is fixing my bumper? More
