Larry was attentive in the sale arrangements. Manager whom made final decision was in back office and attempted to take advantage on financing so not straight forward. The oil change service was completed in a timely manner. I didn't receive the video feedback on my phone, but I did receive it via email. The service agent was not pleasant upon my arrival but later apologi I didn't receive the video feedback on my phone, but I did receive it via email.
