If you want someone who will continue to take care of you after the sale is done, he is your man. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE with Arrigo Dodge Sawgrass! !! We were in the market for a 23 Challenger R/T after buying a 23 Challenger Scat pack from Arrigo Dodge West Palm the week before and Andrew the GM !! We were in the market for a 23 Challenger R/T after buying a 23 Challenger Scat pack from Arrigo Dodge West Palm the week before and Andrew the GM since he didn't have one with the equipment my wife wanted put me in contact with Adriano Pucci the Managing partner at the Sawgrass store. I was contacted by Adriano and after discussing the number we needed to close he called me shortly after hitting that number and we closed the deal. I was then put in touch with Giankarlo Serrano the Sales Mgr/VIP specialist that Adriano wanted to work with us to finalize the deal and schedule the delivery. I discussed the specifics with Giankarlo who was very focused on getting everything handled quickly and efficiently which he accomplished completely. I then spoke to Iala Konopcik in finance and she was able to get me approved in a timely manner to then book my flight to take delivery. I have never had the level of attentiveness and focus as I experienced with Giankarlo who made sure I was taken care of from start to finish and in the 35 plus years of buying over 75 vehicles the experience he provided was/is EXCEPTIONAL!!! I flew in on Easter Sunday and he made sure to keep in touch with me through the day to make sure everything went accordingly which it did as he put me with sales rep Raidel Delgado who made sure along with Iala that I was in and out within an hour given I had an 8 hour drive home. I was and am VERY IMPRESSED with all the care/focus that the TEAM showed at both stores making sure we were totally taken care of through the journeys on both deals. I will also say again Giankarlo has been AMAZING making sure I got home safely and following up with me to make sure we are completely satisfied which we are. He has gone above and beyond and is now part of our family!!! The two stores have AWESOME TEAMS and we will give them every opportunity on any of our future auto deals as well as family/friends we will refer!!! We HIGHLY REMCOMMEND that you give them the best deal you have to match/beat you will not be disappointed!!! More
