My son works for a dealership in Connecticut. I needed 2 batteries for my key fob. He said it would be 'a couple of bucks'. I called service the day before to see if I needed an appointment. I wa I needed 2 batteries for my key fob. He said it would be 'a couple of bucks'. I called service the day before to see if I needed an appointment. I was told the battery for the key fob would be 'a couple of bucks'. I was charged $19.50 for each battery. I told the agent I didn't think 19.50 was a couple of bucks. He didn't say anything. When paying he said the usual'cash,check or charge '. To my surprise using my charge card cost me an extra$12.02. If I was told there was an extra charge I would have pulled out my check book. I have been a loyal Chrysler/Dodge customer for many years. I would not recommend your dealership for service to anyone. You need to be up front with customers. More
