My son works for a dealership in Connecticut. I needed 2 batteries for my key fob. He said it would be 'a couple of bucks'. I called service the day before to see if I needed an appointment. I was told the battery for the key fob would be 'a couple of bucks'. I was charged $19.50 for each battery. I told the agent I didn't think 19.50 was a couple of bucks. He didn't say anything. When paying he said the usual'cash,check or charge '. To my surprise using my charge card cost me an extra$12.02. If I was told there was an extra charge I would have pulled out my check book. I have been a loyal Chrysler/Dodge customer for many years. I would not recommend your dealership for service to anyone. You need to be up front with customers. More

I came to Arrigo Sawgrass Jeep to get a grand Cherokee Laredo altitude. This dealership is a gem. I don’t think people working there could be any nicer, maybe if they were my family. Our salesman, Milot Vancool, was so patient, kind, accommodating, and most of all hospitable. Milot knows his stuff. I asked him a question and he had the answer. Milo is a top gun! I would recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a car, truck, or SUV. The sales manager, Jose was absolutely incredible. Then they brought us into finance. The finance person; Eddie Lockhart was incredibly thorough. He explained throughly the 40 documents we had to sign. No games of bait and switch. Eddie is a pro. Joe another sales manager couldn’t have been more helpful. Several times, Mr. Pucci - Head of the operation. He came to check on us to make sure we are having a good experience We got the deal we wanted, and there was no hidden fees or charges. Oh yeah , they gave me a nice welcome to the family car kit just as a thank you. Class act. More
