To be quite honest with you, we've never had a more upsetting and unnerving experience with a dealership. We were there for over 6 hours and frankly almost walked out without the purchase. The numbers for the car were told to us in one way and presented another. Our original Salesperson, Larry was very nice and explained things well. However, there was never a follow up call from him after the purchase. We dealt with Larry's brother Chris on Sunday as Larry was off. He too was very nice and helpful but we still were there for over 6 hours. More
