Went in for an oil change and somehow the service department punctured my tire and had to get a new tire! I got charged but had it removed. Now I have one new tire and 3 others with really good tread department punctured my tire and had to get a new tire! I got charged but had it removed. Now I have one new tire and 3 others with really good tread but not new. Then the oil life sensor on my dashboard was never reset and didn't notice it until I was going home so I rushed back to get the to change my oil or to confirm it was actually done. I opened my hood in the service area driveway to check the oil I noticed the cover to the break fluid reservoir was not on and sitting on my battery. This is the second time in a row there was a problem or a critical demand to return to fix what was broken by the service department. I also feel this is how my oil filter housing was cracked, because over tightening. It's plastic! More

Upon meeting the salesman, he asked if we had a specific vehicle in mind. We showed him an ad with a stock number. He leaves a returns with car. It looks good floor mats in plastic in the back seat. We’re directed to a different car. We’re handed the keys… good night. There was no intro to the car or features. No floor mats. I had to return the next day (30 miles). I had to pull over when I realized the headlights weren’t on. I haven’t had an American vehicle in a long time. I found the light switch on the dash. Pressure was 10 psi low on one tire. Front bumper cover was missing a bracket. These things were addressed over the next few days. Also, I understand most dealers in this area add a dealer prep fee. But the required $3000 appearance package is excessive.. More
