I was hesitant to return to Arrigo given our previous experience I found our sales associate to be knowledgeable straight forward and focus on our needs and desire. Jesse is the only individual Who ha experience I found our sales associate to be knowledgeable straight forward and focus on our needs and desire. Jesse is the only individual Who has responded to all our queries and needs. Same goes for Ms Ivana Johnson However, Mr Rampersad and the individual whom was the sales manager on our transaction they symbolize the reason I never wanted to go back to Arrigo, these folks just want to move units at any cost serving the Custumer after closing the deal is a foreign concept to both More
Extremely disapointed and concerned with what can be potentially a trend. After waiting 3 days post dropping my vehicle with limited communication, I finally get a video report that focus on everything potentially a trend. After waiting 3 days post dropping my vehicle with limited communication, I finally get a video report that focus on everything but the reason I initially brought the vehicle in for. I’m not sure why the tech spent so much time with a general inspection and not the main concern. After multiple contact attenps, I finally got an update where I was told that I need it to pay an additional $800 dollars to diagnose the issue I was complaining about. I was also told that the estimates for the items I did not bring my vehicle in were estimated at over $6k and the recommended I trade my vehicle as they consider the damage (not diagnose) an major issue. After I paid $278 dollars for an inspection of items I had not complained about, I was told I could use that towards any of the $6k + estimated repairs. I was extremely disappointed and to be honest cheated. But what is more concerning to me is the lack of focus on understanding the customer requests, the inability to connect and provide updates, the disregard for the product and Chrysler and how quickly I was referred to sales to have the vehicle appraise to potential trade. I am not sure what policies or procedures are in place at the dealer, but as a compliance officer myself, I know that is not the way any major business should conduct business. Maybe perception on my part, but you ask for my feedback. Brand representation is important, it drives business and referrals. More
