Excellent experience with my service advisor Sekou. Unfortunately, I am unable to write an outstanding review for my service occurring on March 8. I'll start by stating this review is solely for my March 8, 2025 appointment. It involved speaking with various mangers, directors, and even me having to write the corporate office. 1. My car sat the dealership for almost 3 weeks due to negligence. 2. After less than 72 hours of having the car, I was forced to return it again due to negligence. I am currently writing this review on April 2, 2025. I am approaching one month without a car that has been at the Arrigo Sawgrass Service Department because of declining customer service and lack of Diligence. More
