John Groves was amazing, he helped me during the entire process of buying my Jeep. Every question was answered with complete enthusiasm, he was there to walk me through the process. The sales person was not forthcoming and was very dry. We were told we would recevei a first responder discount and that we would get a text or email directly from Chrysler, after we went back and forth We were told we would recevei a first responder discount and that we would get a text or email directly from Chrysler, after we went back and forth with negotiations suddenly that discount was only avaialble to new cars when the sales person know the entire time we were looking at a used card.
