The oil express (7AM) change is the worst, service manager needs to be more proactive on why customers are waiting an 1 hour 45minute.I had a 7 o’clock appointment which I made buy phone. Here is an idea have 2men doing oil changes not 1 man trying to cover booth lanes is not very efficient. What is even worse is the poor customer who has to wait. It’s just as easy to buy my own oil bring it to my mechanic for 1/3 the cost. Did not wash my. Truck washed—> no. With my management skills I could have you up and running efficiently. Here is the killer the coupon I had did not include my truck cause of special blend oil. Ripoff Get it right More
