I was given service appt with Eric who is actually on vacation. Jalen jumped right in and started taking care of my concern and answered my questions satisfactorily. Unfortunately I was unable to complet vacation. Jalen jumped right in and started taking care of my concern and answered my questions satisfactorily. Unfortunately I was unable to complete service today but will be making appointment for next week to hopefully fully resolve the issue with the ongoing "service shifter" alert popping up randomly.
