During my recent scheduled service appointment on 02/15/2026, Jesus, the service advisor, recommended an additional wheel alignment. After three hours of waiting for an oil change, tire rotation, and 02/15/2026, Jesus, the service advisor, recommended an additional wheel alignment. After three hours of waiting for an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment, which apparently skipped the test drive, the technician would have noticed 2 inches of play in the steering wheel if they had performed it.
