I like the fact that they had taken a video prior to servicing my truck. I had made an appointment about a week prior on a Saturday was very happy that they kept weekend service hours. I have a 26 ram L servicing my truck. I had made an appointment about a week prior on a Saturday was very happy that they kept weekend service hours. I have a 26 ram Limited that I’ve had for nine months now and only have 3000 miles on it. I brought it in for an oil change and a recall for I believe was the towing brake module. I keep my truck in the garage at all times and it is very well maintained, and it was very clean inside and out when I brought it in for service. I am extremely particular about where I park my truck and I walk around it every time to make sure I have no dings scuffs scratches of any kind on the outside of my vehicle. The service took a little bit longer than I was told. When the truck was completed, I walked around and on the passenger side, found a scuff on the side of the bed behind the passenger‘s door. The Mark did come off with a microfiber towel that I had. After entering the vehicle, I noticed there was some type of grease smudge on the inside of my council where they must have accessed an electrical component. I did try to clean it off with a rag, but being that it is a plastic area it still shows where there was a grease buildup. I was able to clean it off later when I got home. I guess it would be nice for the technician to make sure that they clean up after themselves being that these vehicles are very expensive and very well maintained. I appreciate you listening. More

Started off great. Oil change and tire rotation. Had to replace 2 headlight fuses. Car wash offered and accepted. 2pm. Told at 3:30pm there is only one fuse on site and Oil change and tire rotation. Minutes to 5 o’clock my phone dies, my SA nowhere to be found. My car pulls around at around 6pm. No washed as promised No apology for the 4 hour wait time for a simple oil change and replace 2 fuses. I could have done this at home for half the cost and a quarter of the time. usually great service. This time was definitely not it. More
