Not going there again for service, ever, even though i still have a free oil change and car washes. With scheduled appointment it took them 3 hours for simple engine oil and filter change. I could do it a still have a free oil change and car washes. With scheduled appointment it took them 3 hours for simple engine oil and filter change. I could do it at my driveway in 30 minutes max. The worse part is that I was told it'll take one and a half hour. After 2 hours of wait I was told that it's done and someone test-driving it. 15-20 minutes later I see my car going into oil change bay, and only then the work started. It was my daughters car and she had to go to work at 1pm, my appointment was at 10am, she was late. Deception and lies are not acceptable. More

I made an appointment for service. When I arrived I was greeted by Nick McAnderson, Service Advisor. My car was inspected and entered into system. I waited in Arrigo Sawgrass waiting When I arrived I was greeted by Nick McAnderson, Service Advisor. My car was inspected and entered into system. I waited in Arrigo Sawgrass waiting room. I was updated regularly . When my car was ready, I was informed of everything that was done, paid my bill and left after my car was washed and driven up front. More
