Scheduled service for a water leak intrusion in my Dodge RAM. I got to my appt on Tuesday and was told 'leak guy' not in til Thursday. Got an estimate for $5000 worth of repairs, but leak-guy didn't get to RAM. I got to my appt on Tuesday and was told 'leak guy' not in til Thursday. Friday came and the leak was not evaluated. No communication at all so I picked up my truck on Monday (it was still sitting outside on the lot untouched). I have since sold it to CarMax and bought another vehicle. More
