What is the point of making an appointment for service if they aren’t going to complete service? Scheduling to see a service advisor who isn’t going to do the work makes no sense. Add to that, inability to m they aren’t going to complete service? Scheduling to see a service advisor who isn’t going to do the work makes no sense. Add to that, inability to make an appointment to have the mechanics do the work is also insane. Why service advisors think customers are uninformed is frustrating. To need to leave a vehicle for 3 to 5 days for diagnostics makes nonsense. Computers do all the work and don’t take a week. The reason to have to leave the car is because service departments are under staffed. Not our fault since we’re paying for the work being done. More
