recently bought a 2015 Mini Cooper from Ariggo in June 2022. After filing the paperwork I did not leave until 11:30pm the vehicle broke down on me less than 10 minutes after purchase leaving me stranded i 2022. After filing the paperwork I did not leave until 11:30pm the vehicle broke down on me less than 10 minutes after purchase leaving me stranded in the middle of the night. I immediately contacted Ariggo of the situation and call after call to them I got the same response, that someone would be contacting me shortly, no one ever called. Finally 2 weeks after they finally picked up the vehicle for repair, this repair took them 3 months to make and when I got the vehicle back the problem was still present. Now they said all they can do for me is a lease on new car, they even had the nerve to tell me the issues the the mini cooper was to extensive to for a trade in. The car they sold me with these issues they say make it have no value... Let that sink in... I have called them thousands of times since day one and I have received maybe 3 calls back in 6 months. I have been scammed out of my hard earned money (30k!) and buying from Ariggo will haunt me for for the rest of my life. Please do not make the same mistake I did. More

We even had to get insurance since our agent wasn't available to add our new car. The insurance guy got us a surprisingly good deal! Jon in finance was also knowledgeable and understood what we wanted and delivered. This dealership ran in an organized and efficient way making the buying process practically painless...if it weren't for the whole spending money part! More
