Neither I nor the sales staff knew enough about the car when I took it. I drove it home with a 33 % charge and no way to charge it without opening an account with Tesla or purchasing an adapter for the pow when I took it. Chantelle was amazing but had no idea what I would need to own the car. Juan was able to walk me through the process with Tesla and did most of the work. Juan and his dog did the best they could. I think things would have moved along a little better without his dog, which he had to take home while we waited. Chantelle was very professional. I'll stop there. More

The last time I took my car in for the same problem, they kept my car for 2 months and focysed on something completely different than what I initially kept bringing it in for. I got my car back 2 months later with a new engine (not what I took it in for) and STILL having the same problem with my brakes. Their reason was that they never heard of this problem and couldn’t figure it out so my true mechanical problem remains unresolved. More

The Worst. We had come in 2 weeks before to speak with a rep. Made an appointment to drop the truck off, because we were told you would need it for 4 days. 1 Ex We had come in 2 weeks before to speak with a rep. Made an appointment to drop the truck off, because we were told you would need it for 4 days. 1 Explained the truck stalls engages the emergency break while driving. This has happened 3 times in the year 1/2 we have had the truck. Second the driving down the highway the car battery voltage dropped to 11V. Took it to dealer in the area, since we are getting on alligator alley. They did not have time to run a computer test and all that needed to be checked. Once home we meet with Anthony, made the appointment. We Dropped the truck off late because there was no time on the e-mail so we were unsure of the time we should drop it off. Once there they could not find our appointment. Anthony was out sick. Took 45 min to get a rep to actually help us. Someone else dealt with our truck. While you had my truck, I got a call about a recall and if I wanted it fixed while you had the truck. I said yes. Received a text about the truck recall and text back yes fix it. 3 days later you call and tell me my car is ready, you could not duplicate the problem. that the car was driven 6 miles. A year and a half tells you it is intermittent problem. I called back and ask if you did the recall problem, answer oh no we did not know you wanted us too. Really???? Then you had my truck for another 2 days, to do the recall, that should have been done during the 3 days you had the truck. We figured since the problem was intermittent, you would check what was going on in the system of the truck, as requested, at the first meeting with Anthony. Instead, you just drove it 6 miles in 3 days. So needless to say, when crossing over a busy highway after being at a light is scary wondering if my truck will just stall out or my battery will just die in the middle of the street. Since there is no answer to the problem going on with a new truck that has less then 8k miles on it. More
