Poor Customer Service,Finance/Corporate lies to you. Im sorry I purchased at Arrigo Sawgrass Dodge.Im sure all my Good Ole Dodge Buddys at all the local car shows will understand when I let them know how Im sorry I purchased at Arrigo Sawgrass Dodge.Im sure all my Good Ole Dodge Buddys at all the local car shows will understand when I let them know how I cancelled 10 days after purchasing tire and rim insurance,then Arrigo told me they would take the $1,200.00 off my auto loan on 8 to 12 weeks.here we are going on 15 weeks and no action taken.I advise anyone considering Arrigo Sawgrass to go else where as this dealership doesnt care about their customers nor appreciates their business.They are GREED.now my next move is logging a complaint with the better business bureau as Arrigo is a member,and then take possible attorney action as to fight for the $1,200.00 off my Auto loan+ Attorney fees And $ For my aggrivation....Even the service shop sucks as they left my truck sitting there 3 weeks with no information they promise to call you back and never do,They are slow as snails in servicing cars quickly such as oil changes.You have to keep going to the Dealership to get answers,THEY DONT HAVE THEM TIL YOU LET THEM KNOW YOUR PISSED OFF! In my opinion As A so called valued customer,Im doing a mutiney and will never give these Arrigo idiots the chance to service my vehicle again....They lost my business....Now after hearing this,What is your opinion of Arrigo?
