Jaime was an excellent advisor, he felt like a friend in his recommendations, referring me to the inspection and quality department. He also offered incentives such as branded caps to strengthen the bond - Toyota does this type of thing and for more than 30 years I have been a customer of theirs because of this - effective marketing. My sales person James was excellent however, my finance manager who handles my finances (Leslie Sanchez) was unprofessional. first, after I signed all the paperwork to close the deal, she asked me for the manager who handles my finances (Leslie Sanchez) was unprofessional. first, after I signed all the paperwork to close the deal, she asked me for the insurance to issue the tag. As I sat in her office to call Geico for the insurance, she stood up and told me another customer was waiting and to make that call outside. In reality, no customer was waiting for her, so she went into another office to talk to another finance manager. Then, after the deal was closed on January 18, 2025, the next day, I received five hard inquiries added to my credit, although I told her not to keep running my credit to additional banks. Overall, they accumulated over ten hard inquiries on the vehicle I purchased. More
