Arrigo CDJR Sawgrass

I got up at 7am to be at the dealership in line at 8am to get my oil changed and I'm leaving at 2:30pm without my car and it is getting towed to my house. My car was driving completely fine. When I arrived t get my oil changed and I'm leaving at 2:30pm without my car and it is getting towed to my house. My car was driving completely fine. When I arrived they did an inspection and told me that I also had a nail in my tire which they were going to patch and rotate my tires only to find out. After that when they brought the car back up to the front, It is not drivable and is making a grinding sound, the tires are physically locked up and immobile. After being told that it's just a coincidence I spoke to the manager Eddie Arteaga who claim that he wanted to help fix the car but then showed me an outstanding bill That originally was only supposed to be about fixing my back brakes and had nothing to do with the front issue going on. I'm getting the car towed to my house and I'm going to get a second look at it because this is ridiculous. During the inspection they altered something to make it not drivable. They had me fill out a survey when everything was all peachy because they said they would give me a free detailing which never happened. I spent my whole day off of work trying to get my oil changed and left with many more problems and no solutions. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I'm a woman and not until my boyfriend showed up did they even let me leave they wanted me to stay till almost 4:00 to have the car towed. I am very frustrated and I wanted to write this review so other people know what type of operation they have scamming people especially women. More
