Very poor customer service, from mgt , I went to order or purchase a venice, on my 1 st visit they make me waste hour and 30 minutes after I was specific I’m looking for specific Jeep, specific bank for fina purchase a venice, on my 1 st visit they make me waste hour and 30 minutes after I was specific I’m looking for specific Jeep, specific bank for financing I already purchased a Jeep from you I have very good experience. , I even few days after went back to fact the sales person, did he best to help me , when I went back even worst experience know the order is ready know the company policy accordingly to mgr is $1000 deposit, can someone help me understand, is completely unacceptable, I notice is been some change regarding mgt team, instead off improving they going down.
