The sales staff was great while purchasing my new 2022 Ram. Their responses to my emails after my purchase leaves a lot to desire. On 01-29-22, I bought a new 2022 Ram from Arrigo Sawgrass. The truck w Ram. Their responses to my emails after my purchase leaves a lot to desire. On 01-29-22, I bought a new 2022 Ram from Arrigo Sawgrass. The truck was equipped with a spray in bed liner (similar to the LineX brand) that was installed by Arrigo. I had less than 200 miles on the truck when I pushed something into the bed of the truck for the very first time. As I pushed it in, I heard a scrapping sound. When I looked at the bed, I found the Spray in bed liner was scratched about three inches long and it had peeled up to the paint. The piece that peeled up was only paper thin. This was very disappointing. As all spray in bed liners I've had in the past (five trucks) were much thicker and NEVER peeled up. I sent two emails to Sales Manager Kurt Lumpp about this issue and to find out about the warranty for their bed liner. As of this email, I have not heard back from him. If I every buy another truck from Arrigo, it will not have their spray in bed liner. I can get a better quality bed line elsewhere for less. I would not recommend anyone buy a truck with a spray in bed liner from Arrigo Sawgrass. The day after I submitted this review (02-18-22), Kurt responded with a very short response saying they would redo the bed liner. On 02-23-22, they redid the bed liner. Will see how long it lasts. More
