Salesperson- Brian M. Vehicle- 2020 Genesis G70 Sport Prestige I purchased a 2020 Genesis G70 Sport Prestige from Brian M. I was shown a carfax that indicated the ve Vehicle- 2020 Genesis G70 Sport Prestige I purchased a 2020 Genesis G70 Sport Prestige from Brian M. I was shown a carfax that indicated the vehicle was a personal lease. I then tried to use the manufacturer service promotions and warranty available, and was told the vehicle was ineligible for both as it was used as a service loaner for Rick Case Hyundai. I was provided one key, but was informed by the Rick Case that two keys had been turned over to Arrigo CDJR. Why Arrigo CDJR refused to give me both, but offered to charge me for a second, I can’t say. Additionally, the car had a screw in the front left tire, discovered on the way home when my car warned me of a low tire pressure. I had it repaired and was then also informed the tire had a flat spot from sitting too long. Update - they inspected it and said the choppy tire and patch were fine. The chrome on every surface is also pitted/stained, but that wasn’t evident in the dark when I took delivery of the car. This is possibly a warranty defect, but it should’ve been handled before being sold. This vehicle was supposedly “reconditioned”, and I was charged a fee for this “reconditioning”, but refused to pay it, or the add-on interior/exterior protection they also tried to charge for. I would like to know what they reconditioned - the car was hardly fit to drive off the lot. It’s disappointing that such a large dealer would let something with damaged tires, damaged finishes, and with an inaccurate carfax out of their lot. So far, the response has been “thanks for your purchase, this was as-is.” I’m hoping your experience is better than mine - be wary. More

On our visit to Arrigo today we took the car for service and also bought our car. We had a very pleasant experience with the sales department. Our sales agent was very nice and friendly. Answered all our questions and help us through out the process, explaining thoroughly every document and making our visit very enjoyable. He did a great job! The service department was also helpful with our concerns and car repairs. In the past they’ve done a great job on the car. They offered a loaner and even offered to help me moving my car seats. Went the extra mile. Very nice and thoughtful! Overall it was one of the best experiences we have had. We’ve been to different dealerships and overall this one has been the best fit for us and our schedule. They offer a very nice customer experience, there’s always a bit of a wait but I believe is less than in others. Has a nice layout and it looks very nice and clean. More
