He asked us if we wanted coffee and we said yes. He said let me serve you and he offered all the options that they have and asked us what we like in our coffee and he literally made the coffee for us put the ingredients like sugar and cream and delivered it to our seats in the waiting area. Really? That never happens, I would have thought. But it did and he was a superstar when it comes to guest service. I can tell you that if you come in here, you will be treated like a diamond in the rough! I recommend doing business with jeep of Sawgrass!! More

John Leone took care of us so that we could buy a vehicle for our son. Very personable and helped reduce the friction that sometimes exists between customer and dealership.
