Awesome service! My sales consultant Jessie was super knowledgeable, super helpful and super patient during my car buying experience. The service department is overwhelmed and does not communicate to the client to keep them advised of the process of the vehicle. 6 Days to change oil and change batteries. Cost me $350. For a rent communicate to the client to keep them advised of the process of the vehicle. 6 Days to change oil and change batteries. Cost me $350. For a rental car which I had to extend each never knowing when my call would be complete. The text system seems only one way at their convenience. Simple communication was all that was needed. On hold without any pickup or call backs !!!! This place is not my first choice for service. More
