Due to an untimely accident we were in need of a replacement vehicle. My wife and I had not intended to purchase a car at this time but the situation dictated the need! He was intuitive and honest in his approach. I am very pleased to have worked with Ozzie. Our Finance rep, Mark, was also very helpful and was able to offer suggestions that met our needs. And finally, It was great to see “Mark after Dark” again. We had purchased from the dealer when it was Fairbanks and he was the rep at the time as well. His enthusiasm and passion is infectious. Great buying experience, a bit misled on finance when extended warranty was added in to total price. If realized sooner I would have come back to change warranty option. Oh, well. I had a great experience with Arrigo Sawgrass, starting with my salesman Ronald Corey. He was able to help me with making the deal pretty painless. I did my homework and shopped around to several different dealers, he was the salesman I liked the best from all the dealerships I visited. He was extremely personable and was willing to work with me and asked me what I wanted, then made it happen. He did not pull my chain and play games like the other salesman I dealt with. I was able to get the vehicle I wanted with the color I wanted. I went to University Dodge, Miami Lakes Auto Mall, Eddie Accardi (North Broward Dodge) and Autonation. I pretty much knew the vehicle I wanted and the price I was willing to pay (2013 Dodge Durango). The other dealerships wasted my time with the pricing and then would call me back, to come back in to close the deal promising me they would lower the price. I went back to talk price and they offered me the same price. I would leave and then they would call me back asking me to come back in to rework the numbers. One of the dealers gave me a price online to my email. When I arrived they tried giving me a different price $2000.00 higher than what was quoted online. I had to show the salesman the email for him to lower the price then they added more fees and advised me they had to pay to put special wax on the vehicle and pay to keep it clean while it was on the lot that is why the fees were so high. Also they would add $2000.00-$3000.00 on top of MSRP saying that it was the price of the vehicle that they could sell it for. Then from there they would deduct any rebates off the price that was a few thousand over MSRP. Marc in fiance was a really nice guy, I already had my financing in place but he was still able to offer me great options. Then to close out my experience I met Mark "after dark". He was a great guy who went over everything as far as the warranty, handed me keys, and explained the maintenance plan for the vehicle. More
