Service department is awful. Have had my car since October 29th. Ridiculous! They do not return phone calls or messages. I've even had to call corporate which has also been pretty much a waste of time October 29th. Ridiculous! They do not return phone calls or messages. I've even had to call corporate which has also been pretty much a waste of time. Today after 6 weeks I showed up in person and they told me they should have an answer for me Monday or Tuesday. Simply laughable at this point. I wonder how they would feel if I took their car for 7 weeks. I would pull the car out of there but I got the same shoddy service at another dealership. Don't buy Dodge. The warranty is not worth it! More
Had the car in for a vibration problem that could not be diagnosed by another shop. The tech Mike took good care of me and found the issue was bushings at the control arms . Once replaced the car behaves diagnosed by another shop. The tech Mike took good care of me and found the issue was bushings at the control arms . Once replaced the car behaves as new.
