This dealership is always packed and the employees never know what’s going on. They have previously lost my vehicle in the chaos, never answer the phone or never call you back with any information or update know what’s going on. They have previously lost my vehicle in the chaos, never answer the phone or never call you back with any information or updates. This place needs to really step up their customer service skills. Excellent service and a friendly and caring staff. unfortunately the wait in the express lane took about 45 minutes before speaking to a service associate. Fix: Associates could of done a better job by greeting the clients to inform us of the wait times. normally the wait time is significantly less. More

It is like they think there are doing you a favor instead of a service. Day 1 03:30 PM Waited outside 40mins just to get a "service advisor" Alex Miniet. The "service advisor" said that the problem was the battery and it needs to be replaced. He asked to wait around for about two hours. He would call me. He never called in. Day 2: The next day I called in at 11:10AM. A different "service advisor" Ashley pick up my phone call. She was not able to find the car. Eventually, she did find the car. No apologies no nothing. She said the car would be ready this day. I told her that my van is my businesses vehicle and I need it to make money. Well, again the dealer never called me. Day 4: Two days after the dealer NEVER CALLED ME. I had to call to learn that the vehicle WAS READY TWO DAYS ago. Don't go to this place. Your time and your money are worthed more than the service you will get from this place. More
Brought my car in for service and Chris my advisor seemed to be awesome and knowledgeable. I called a week ago and requested to reserve a rental car for me knowing how difficult it is to secure a rental. Nee to be awesome and knowledgeable. I called a week ago and requested to reserve a rental car for me knowing how difficult it is to secure a rental. Needless to say I got to dealership and went to Enterprise and guy said I have no cars, 4 people ahead of you and it's going to be a VERY long time of at all. I went back to Chris and explained the situation and he was working to, "See what he could do!" I didn't get a rental car and they said they could try and get me one. I drove home, 35 minutes and they called and said I have a car for you. Drove all the way back to find out that because I had words with the Enterprise guy because I was supposed to have a car reserved, they would NO longer rent me a vehicle. I purchased a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee and this is the way that they treat their customers!!! I will be filing a claim with Jeep corporate and with the better business bureau and the consumer finance protection bureau. Don't take your car in for service here!!! More

Jeep feels MUCH better! -- 30K service performed and gearbox replaced in just one day ... car ready for pick up much sooner than anticipated. Alex is thorough and professional.
