I am giving the employee named Johnny a 5. After waiting for a long time for the service assistant to talk to me, Johnny saved the day by personally washing my car to make the service faster. This dealership always over charge you. This is my third time here for the same issue. The worst is that you have to pay for a rental because the don’t offer a loaner.
