Service agents did not inform me of what to expect when I was encouraged to leave my vehecle. Service agent did not listen well and so requested approval for wrong par ( hense co sequent denial). Waiting period was about one month. I was not kept updated in a timely manner on progress of work. I was encouraged to drive a deffective vehecle home twice (but refused). I had to make several trips to dealership before work was satisfactorily completed. ALL PERSONS WERE COURTEOUS at the dealership but professionalism was sadly lacking. More
