How would you rate I have two case numbers going against them because they had my car for 48 days. I had to tow my car out of there to get it running. It's still not complete. Against my better judgement I tried this service department again. Sadly, the one specific thing I asked that was very important to me was not checked and addressed. As I drove off it was still low. I thought that would reset as I drove. It didn’t. I called the service advisor who took 10 minutes to come yo the phone and she lied to me. She doesn’t care. This company doesn’t care. The “video” that was promised of the technician performing checks never arrived. The phone number I called to speak to a department manager from a follow up email remains unanswered after two days. Sad thing is that this place is closest to me for the brand I favor. The brand I intended to shop with for a new vehicle in two months. I may have to be less brand specific. There are too many recalls on Jeeps anyway. People are supposed to bake it break your business. This service department simply never gets it right. More
