I went to purchase my son's leased car. We arrived and spent 3 hours handling basic paperwork, which may be expected (I have been to other dealerships where this process is much more efficient), but when spent 3 hours handling basic paperwork, which may be expected (I have been to other dealerships where this process is much more efficient), but when it was time to deal with financing (with a lady whose name I do not recall, nor want to recall ever again), any sort of goodwill went out the window. The financing representative outright lied to our faces about what a good interest rate is, even though before we talked to her, we were complimented about our "outstanding credit score". She offered a rate double what the base rate of my bank is, claiming it was a very good offer, and also ran my credit multiple times. While talking to her, I kept getting alerts on my phone, of which I counted 6 alerts. So when I was being lied to, TO MY FACE (and treating me like a fool for noticing), she also was damaging my credit. She purposefully was slow, and went through the worst deals first, while running my credit over and over, to pressure me into accepting them. I cannot overstate my anger and the awfulness of that experience. I do not plan to ever purchase a vehicle from this dealership again if this is how they treat their customers, or from this manufacturer in general if they tolerate this behavior from their dealers. I went in for an oil consumption test. I was told by prev service advisor that it was nec. I then found out by a great advisor that it was not nec. The service rep who helped me (Brett) was very nice, helpful and went out of his way to answer all me questions as well as insure I was aware of the services I was getting.
