I bought my Pacifica here and passenger armrest was defective. Brought the car in to have it fixed. I was told to go to waiting room and after 4 hours I went to check on the progress. They hadn't even defective. Brought the car in to have it fixed. I was told to go to waiting room and after 4 hours I went to check on the progress. They hadn't even touched the car. Finally, all they did was to take the vin number to order the part. Told me to come back Saturday, the part would be in on Thursday. I got there on Saturday at 8am and after waiting for an hour and a half was told the part was not there. All in all I've been xxxxxx around for about 7 hours including travel time, when the whole thing could have been done over the phone. I would give zero stars if I could. No excuse. More
