Terrible communication skills. Did not return or call me back when I had concerns about my vehicle. Had to physically drive back to the service center to get updates. I recommend not coming to Dodge Arrigo and if you must I recommend not working with Dale King if they assign him to you. The manager Robert Corman was also rude when I filed a complaint about my vehicle. You will regret it. More
