Terrible Dealer, Countless errors on their end after bringing car in for diagnostic that was not completed but was stated it was done, then car shutting down on the side of the road at 2 in the morning bringing car in for diagnostic that was not completed but was stated it was done, then car shutting down on the side of the road at 2 in the morning for that same reason ( fuel pump) After weeks of back and forth and being passed from person to person and countless calls and going to dealer and being lied to that the GM was not on site that day after seeing him there 20 minutes later. They reached out and stated they did nothing wrong on their end ( after admitting their service advisor dropped the ball) and that they cannot predict the future of a car fuel pump failing after bringing the car in for that specific reason. They have no respect for their customers but claim customer service is the top priority. They told me multiple costs for repairs and had to correct them every time, the communication is terrible there even said by their own employees. This matter will not unheard of. Between the lies and disrespect of this company, would never recommend anything from them. (rating for advisor was mandatory random advisor was choose for rating did not see any of advisors used.
